We are halfway through National Poetry Month!!
If you are a poet, writer, or just a person who loves words, I hope you have taken time to write and read your favorite pieces.
Personally, I am reading (and posting) some of my favorite poetry as well as writing my own.

A Young Heart with an Old Soul
How can there be peace?
How can I be in the depths of solitude
When there are two inside of me?
This duo in me causes the perfect opportunity
To learn and live twice as fast
As those who accept simplicity...
